The self‑check‑in/out was pretty good, but they put me in the Lili pad, which is far from the main gathering spot; the cleanliness could be better, I had to lay down my own sheets because the previous guest hadn’t cleaned up before I arrived, and the replies were slow.

This was one of the worst booking experiences I’ve ever had; I didn’t like a single thing. The place felt more like a dorm: the manager expected me to make my own bed, hoping I’d grab a clean sheet from the cupboards, but the first one I took was definitely dirty. The bed itself had a cover covered in hair, there was trash on the floor, dirty towels in the bathroom, and overall it felt unsafe and unsanitary.

I slept well, but the room had a bad odor, the bathroom was nasty, the second‑floor bathroom didn’t work for washing up, so I moved to the third‑floor bathroom which was nicer. The sink had dishes in it, and I had to clean the toilet, flushing away urine.

Nothing. My booking was confirmed with no refund, but when I arrived, I had a text from the property saying the room was no longer available. I called & talked to the property rep & he YELLED at me that there was nothing he could do. I talked to a customer service rep who assured me as soon as they verified the situation, they would send me hotel options & offer me discounts. I finally got a text saying I would get a refund on the Airbnb, but no options were offered on possible hotels & no mention of the promised discount. I found a hotel 40 miles from where I was & $60+ more expensive. Not impressed Booking Com. Tonight I went with
