“Very disappointed in Bookings.com, will never use again.”

The site promised a room with a sitting area, balcony and kitchen, yet when we arrived there was no availability for that night, so they hurried us into a lodge room that had none of those features and even lacked a coffee pot for the morning. I still paid the extra fee for a cabin with a kitchenette, which was a total disappointment. I will never book there again.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's thoughtful amenities, which included a generous selection of toiletries and a lovely view. However, my stay was somewhat marred by the extremely firm beds and pillows that felt like rocks. The cleanliness of the room was just okay, and I was disappointed to find that there was no coffee maker available. On a positive note, the small mini fridge was a convenient touch.

“Must stay!”

Despite its somewhat outdated appearance, I was impressed by the hotel's spotless cleanliness and the friendly demeanor of the staff. This made for a pleasant stay, even if the hotel's decor didn't exactly scream modern luxury.

“Will definitely come again. Good value, but will be more choosey what I order off the menu”

I was initially impressed by the hotel's well-designed layout and functional amenities, but my enthusiasm was quickly dampened by the subpar food options. Specifically, I was disappointed to find that the breakfast items I ordered – including bacon, sausage, and hash browns – had been cooked hours earlier, which was a major turnoff.
