How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
Room was spacious. The shower didn’t work, so I used a bucket and mug instead. No hair dryer in the bathroom. Plenty of horizontal storage space to keep the suitcase open and spread out your stuff. The room and toilet were clean. Food was good.

The staff were customer‑friendly. The health faucet didn’t work well; the water jet lacked pressure and hot water was missing many times.

The location is excellent. In‑room dining was quick, good, and efficient. The rooms are a bit dark; the lighting is insufficient, especially with the dark flooring.

The overall experience from check‑in to check‑out was very good; the rooms were neat and clean, and the bathrooms were very good and clean. However, the breakfast did not live up to the price, offering no variety, and the room rates were too expensive compared to other places in Coimbatore.

The hotel's tiny rooms were a major letdown, and the constant power outages didn't help. I checked in, only to cancel my booking on the spot due to these issues. To make matters worse, I was charged 2000 for the room. Needless to say, I won't be back.
