I liked everything about the hotel – comfort, cleanliness, etc. I didn't like the way the staff attended; they need to be more friendly.
Nothing positive, everything negative.
I liked that it has a very good location, is good price, staff very friendly and excellent service.
“Great”
The property is pet friendly, but the restroom towels could be nicer.
“Excelente”
Everything positive, everything negative very good.
