How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
Great size room and bathroom, comfortable bed, great location. Would stay again, very central not far from spanish steps and trevi fountain. Downside the fridge didnt work so water was warm but it was complimentary. Lift is very small and the door to the apartment is right next to the stairs and could be dangerous by falling down as it's right there. No iron in room, theres a communal arwa with a steamer which dripped and didn't work well

Avaliando somente o quarto e a localização eu diria que atende ao que foi proposto mas, se for avaliar o total não. O banheiro com mal cheiro de esgoto, box entupido, mofo na parede. O acesso é outro problema. Literalmente vc entra pela área de serviço, passa por área suja que é difícil de acreditar que seja realmente a entrada para os quartos. O elevador super inseguro, literalmente só cabe uma pessoa e parece que vai cair, outra opção é a escada em volta do elevador igualmente insegura. Coisas que o proprietário não mostra nos anúncios. Não vale a estadia. Não vale o preço pago. A minha locação foi para 3 pessoas. Na primeira noite , o terceira pessoa teve que dormir no colchão sem roupa de cama pois não haviam preparado para 3 . Não vale o preço que paguei. Fiz reclamação no booking e o proprietário foi intransigente não fez nenhuma compensação, somente a booking me deu um vale de 85 euros. Não recomendo. Mal cheiro no banheiro, acesso ao quarto elevador precário

Ubicación excelente linda vista. El acceso inicial a la habitación y el ascensor es demasiado pequeño Pero una vez que uno pasa la segunda clave es otro mundo, todo renovado y limpio

The spot is fantastic, and the staff kept me in the loop with clear, photo‑filled instructions. The apartment was gorgeous, immaculately clean, and I’d definitely recommend it.
