“The accommodation needs to be updated,”

The view was absolutely beautiful. The back‑sliding door’s key didn’t work. There was no chair to sit on. The bathroom had no basin and no hot water.

“Terrible experience, unprofessional staff, and unsafe rooms – Do NOT recommend.”

I never want to return to this resort; the experience was utterly awful. The night‑shift security guard who met us was rude and disrespectful for no reason at all. We had a reservation that said “breakfast included,” yet for both days we received only one plastic‑wrapped plate of Nasi Goreng, and the staff laughed at me when they handed it over, which felt highly unprofessional. The wooden cabin itself was in bad shape, with a balcony that was rotten and shaky enough to make me fear it might collapse. The biggest nightmare was the checkout: I had booked an extra cabin and asked the receptionist—an older man around 50—and a young woman how much it would cost. I repeated my question three times, but the older man ignored me and insisted I didn’t have to pay. After I left, the resort called me demanding payment, treating me like a child and showing zero communication skills. The service was terrible, the rooms unsafe, and the whole team unprofessional. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

View from rooms is amazing. Cleanliness in the rooms, and is not just 1 room. I rent 4 rooms and all the same. The rooms and the surrounding area look a bit worn out, needing renovation and landscaping (I totally understand location is in forest)

“De locatie was prachtig maar het huisje was echt niet fijn of comfortabel.”

The location and staff were good, but it wasn’t hygienic: ants were everywhere, even on and in the bed, and other insects were present. There was no sink, the bathroom was very dirty, old, and had brown (kit) borders everywhere. The air‑conditioner didn’t work properly. We left the resort shortly after arrival and booked somewhere else for that night.
