We appreciated the staff’s friendliness and helpfulness, the separate kitchen was a nice touch, the covered parking worked well, and we were fine with the limited DSTV channels. A few minor maintenance glitches popped up, but nothing major.

The bed felt comfortable, but the DSTV wasn’t functioning so I couldn’t watch anything, and the room stayed cold because the heater and air conditioning were absent.

The staff were fantastic, especially the owner. However, the booking system misled us into thinking we’d get two double rooms with a double bed each at the listed price, yet upon arrival we only had one bedroom with one bed, so we paid for an extra room. The owner explained it was a system error and offered a discount on the second room, which was appreciated, but the issue needs urgent fixing to protect the property’s future growth.

The location is easy to find and the area is quiet. The only downside is the lack of a play area for kids.
