How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The place is very well located in the old town. The rooms are tiny, the bathrooms are filthy, and the common areas are also dirty and poorly equipped (there were no knives, for instance). I was surprised, because the reviews were good and the photos were very pretty. I wouldn’t return. Only go if your sole priority is to pay as little as possible.

I’m close enough to the city center to walk, but the morning shift front‑desk attitude was awful—when I tried to check‑in at 13:58, the staff said I couldn’t until 14:00, even though they could have processed my paperwork earlier. They were just indifferent and made me feel annoyed. The bathroom was dirty and cramped.

The location was fine and the staff were friendly, yet the place was very dirty and there was no daily cleaning. The beds were mediocre because the walls were thin, so having 12 people in one room was overwhelming, especially when a whole family came and made a mess.
