My stay was a mixed bag - I loved the comfortable bed and the hotel's vivid depiction in the pictures, particularly the clever labeling of hot and cold water on the wall. However, my kids were really frustrated with the lack of Wi-Fi, and the noise from outside kept us up all night. It was one of those situations where there's not much you can do about it.

I had a really disappointing stay at this hotel, despite its great location near my relatives. Unfortunately, the room was a letdown - no clean towels, no essential toiletries like soap and shampoo, and no hot water. The ongoing construction made it noisy, and the broken TV and remote didn't help. To top it off, I found blood stains on the pillow sheets and had nowhere to hang my clothes.

I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's location, which offered a stunning view of Mayon Volcano and was within walking distance to some great food spots. However, our room was unfortunately located next to a service access door, which made for a noisy stay whenever staff came and went.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's overall experience, but I did encounter a few issues. The room was quite basic, with only a bed, which was a bit disappointing.
