The property looked stunning in the forest setting, the hot tub was well maintained, and the whole place was very quiet. The golf cart for getting around was great, and the heated bathroom floors were a nice touch. What I wished for was a bidet and a shaving mirror. I also found the kitchen a bit lacking in utensils, and the table and chairs felt more patio‑style with hard metal that wasn’t comfortable. The blinds that lowered were completely see‑through from outside. Breakfast was cancelled because Mandy wasn’t there, and even a store‑bought substitute would have been better than nothing; it was a big inconvenience having to leave earlier than planned.

The cottage was exactly what I was looking for – charming, cozy, and super comfy. The owners were warm and made sure we had everything we needed, even helping with accessibility. We’ll definitely come back. The only hiccup was the July heat; we had to ask for a fan to get some cross‑air, but it wasn’t a deal‑breaker.

The spot is great – the golf cart makes moving luggage a breeze, and the hot tub stays at a nice temperature. The cabin itself was spotless and had a nice vibe, and the hosts were lovely. Breakfast was amazing. We did notice the kitchen wasn’t fully stocked when we arrived, so we had to request a few things. Also, the shower supplies felt more like a guy’s kit, which was a bit odd for the price.
