I was a bit bummed when they told me they were fully booked, but I guess it's better to know upfront rather than showing up and being turned away. The staff seemed friendly, even if they couldn't accommodate us.

I'm still waiting for my refund after they denied my booking and room request, which is super frustrating. The whole experience was a bit of a disaster, to be honest.
