“לא מומלץ!!”
The only good thing about this hotel is how close it is to Jersey Gardens (across the highway) and Newark Airport; the hotel offers a 24/7 shuttle to and from the airport, and the breakfast was quite reasonable. The hotel is old and poorly maintained; the rooms were dirty. We received a room with a shower that had a faucet that leaked, and after we complained, we were given a different room the next morning on a higher floor that was at least a bit cleaner and without a leaking faucet. The room was not cleaned; the sheets and towels were not changed; all the towels stayed dirty and wet on the shower floor and the trash bags were not replaced. When we complained, they said this service isn’t automatic and we had to ask for the room to be cleaned. Who told us that’s how it works at this hotel? Since when do we have to ask for the room to be cleaned? The night‑time front‑desk staff were anti‑friendly. To get a bottle of water (which was supposed to be in the room but we didn’t receive it), we had to argue. In short, not recommended.
