The place was nice to unwind after a long travel day, but because it’s in Nevada, expect sand in the room, rugs that are dirty or at least old, and we were on level 3 with no elevator; parking was also difficult.

The room overall looked very old and overused, with beds that creaked and seemed like they might have things living inside (though I didn’t check); it was dark, probably because it was on the first floor overlooking a parking lot full of huge trucks, so I didn’t think it was a good spot to spend the night with my 4‑year‑old son and decided to pay it a sunk cost and find another place.

The place was very clean, but it isn’t suitable for solo female travelers because there was no deadbolt or chain on the door—only a basic thumb‑turn lock on the knob, and the host confirmed that none of the ground‑floor rooms had any additional security.
