The place was dirty, the rooms weren’t cleaned even when asked, the breakfast was awful, and the gym felt like a playmobil set. Everything else was terrible—avoid it at all costs.

The staff were very kind, the lake view was beautiful, and the rooms were clean and roomy for the price. The air conditioner in our room was a bit loud, but otherwise the stay was perfect.

Staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel sits next to the seaplane terminal, and they let us store our luggage for a few days. There were a few bars and restaurants nearby. Nothing major to complain about; it’s a decent basic hotel—just wish there were tea‑making facilities in the room.

Everyone was helpful. We were able to get in our room early and they accommodated our group of 10 by putting us on the same floor. There is no complimentary continental breakfast. The towels are almost like sand paper

The room was spotless and the view of Lake Union was gorgeous. Unfortunately the window faced the back lot and apartments instead of the lake, so next time I’d insist on a lake‑view room.
