The beach is just a few steps from the accommodation, and the view is beautiful. The breakfast served at the beachfront restaurant was delicious and enjoyable. The staff were friendly and as helpful as they could be throughout our stay. However, considering the price, the accommodation did not offer good value for money. The listing also needs to be updated to accurately reflect the property's current name, room information, and available amenities. Our stay was disappointing for several reasons. First, the hotel name is no longer "Surf Station." It has been rebranded as "BEING." but the listing has not been updated. This made it difficult to locate the property. The staff confirmed that the hotel had been rebranded and also informed us that the room we booked was one of the older rooms, not the newer renovated/new-listed ones. We checked in at around 3:00 PM, even though check-in starts at 1:00 PM. The staff told us the room was ready, but when we entered, several amenities listed were missing. After we informed the staff, they provided a kettle, cups, a mirror, and a hair dryer. However, toiletries such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, body wash, and shampoo were never provided despite being listed. Although I had added my payment card , no payment was charged. Instead, we were told at check-in that we had to make a bank transfer, which was unexpected. My friend and I (both female travelers) stayed in Room #4 for two nights. The balcony door was difficult to open and close, and even when closed, there was a noticeable gap at the bottom, which was concerning. The swimming pool was only open from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, which felt quite restrictive. During our stay, there was also a power outage, and the property had no backup power. In addition, no Wi-Fi service was provided during our stay. Overall, the listing was not accurate, and several advertised facilities and amenities were either missing or different from what was described
