Nice herbal scent. The spa inside the premises was very convenient. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was decent. Good location. The TV selection was limited.

“Une journée spa incroyable mais je dormirai autre part”

The restaurant, common areas and spa were great. The room was okay for a short stay, but the curtains couldn’t be opened because the windows were dirty, and the bed was uncomfortable.

“Enjoyable, will be back, though Ipoh was quite slow”

We did not eat the breakfast in the hotel, but overall the hotel was very clean, the rooftop garden was nice, and everything was safe and nice. There was no dust and the toilets were clean. The receptionists were polite, and the parking was not too packed. Not sure whether this is a pro or a con honestly but the smell of lemongrass was very overpowering. As well as that, on the rooms with the stairs going up there was only 1 mattress. Maybe furnish it or make it more appealing. As well as that, the bathrooms are right underneath the stairs so it is a hazard to smack your head

The room was clean and hygienic, and the location was convenient. However, the window was tiny, so no natural light entered, and the toilet and bath lacked a divider, making the wet, slippery surface after a shower inconvenient.
