The location was good, but no AC was working. They claimed there was no power, yet they were lying. There was no ventilation in the room, and the bed sheet was dirty. I had paid a Rs 500 advance but left the room, and they did not refund the advance.

The hotel sits right in the main market, serves decent in‑house food, and is easy to reach from Vaishno Devi entry gate, yet the washroom exhaust was missing and the balcony was dirty.

The rooms were comfortable and could be improved, but overall it was a pleasant stay; breakfast, however, should offer more variety instead of forcing everyone to eat BHATURA.
