A very pretty furnished room – very nice and courteous staff, also in the pool area – a nice sauna room – a small pretty pool with a counter‑stroke system – a nice outdoor area with many loungers – a nice dining area with large windows and a great view of nature. The room was perhaps a bit small for this price.

The warm reception by the owner of the family‑run hotel was very sincere, honest and authentic. The staff always met specific requests and remained consistently friendly. However, the exceptionally attentive care during the spa stay caused the spa facilities, which had been overlooked at some spots due to construction, to be forgotten.

Very calm, the location is top for walks. We dined on site; the trout was excellent, the burger good, the beer and Hugo fine, and there was a nice dessert. For breakfast you need to arrive early, because after 9:00 there's hardly anything. Thank you all.

The reception was excellent, the breakfast was good, and the sauna and pool were great – I felt very comfortable.

The location is great, right in nature, and we could start several tours directly from the hotel; the staff are friendly and very helpful, but the cleanliness was lacking in some areas, possibly because the staff are understaffed there.
