“No se puede catalogar como hotel”
The room décor and surroundings were nice. 1. The room, for a hotel, wasn’t spotless; there were plastic bags and hair on the floor, and a piece of gum stuck next to a switch (photos attached). 2. There was no staff, so arrival and stay felt very cold; plus, for online check‑in we had to stay very attentive to WhatsApp all day. 3. The pet fee per night seemed disproportionate. These are faults that I might not highlight if it were another type of accommodation, not a hotel.
“Molt bé però amb petits detalls a millorar.”
The room felt very cozy, rustic, and the bed was comfy; the jacuzzi added a touch of glamour to the space, and the coded door system was a highlight. Breakfast was very complete, though they could have offered more vegan plant‑based options. The lighting was off—one overly bright lamp had to be covered—and it would have helped if the lighting were dimmable with smart controls. The room was a bit cramped; a chair blocked the wardrobe opening.

The service, cleanliness, and the room itself were all thoughtfully arranged.

The jacuzzi is great, and having a smart TV and a small fridge is a perfect bonus for the stay, and the room is spectacularly rustic. The lack of a blanket was a problem because it’s in the mountains and it gets cold at night, and the heating wasn’t working. Another issue was the cobwebs on the terrace railings; they were already there when we arrived and didn’t disappear during the night, even though the view (beautiful, by the way) was still lovely.

I found the place pretty nice and they let me bring my dog, but there was no bar or anything to eat until breakfast.
