“Not worth the trouble”
The internet connection was good, but that's about it. The 6km dirt road to get there was in pretty bad shape and went through some rough areas that didn't exactly feel safe. When we arrived, we were greeted by a staff member who seemed overwhelmed and had to be notified via WhatsApp to get help - it would be better if they had more experienced staff on hand.
“Lovely spot, a bit rough around edges”
This place is gorgeous, set right in the middle of a vineyard and super quiet. The owners, Daniel and his family, were really great and always helped us out when we needed it. The only downside was all the loose dogs around - but at least they were friendly.
“Great spot, but a few basics missing”
I loved everything about this place - the nature, the quiet, the privacy, and the friendly staff. But it was a bit of a letdown that they didn't have some basic hygiene stuff like soap, toilet paper, and detergent.
“Peaceful but pretty basic”
It's super peaceful here, surrounded by vineyards and with harvesters walking by the door, but that's about where the positives end. The place was totally unprepared for guests, with no toilet paper, tissues, detergent, or anything else you might need for cleaning - and there's nowhere nearby to buy any of that stuff. It felt pretty bare-bones, to be honest.
“Silent but not much else”
The silence here was amazing, really restorative. That's about all I have to say, to be honest - it was a pretty simple stay.
