The room was a pleasant surprise, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

“Decent stay”
The location and overall vibe of the hotel are fine, but nothing was truly wow‑worthy.

The location is great, the rooms are clean, and the service is excellent, with nothing to complain about.
Breakfast was excellent and the location was perfect for business trips in Indiranagar, but the rooms lack soundproofing, so you can hear loud conversations in the neighboring room.

Previous stays at this property were better; it seems the place hasn’t been kept well. I had four to five complaints about the room that should have been fixed before it was handed over: 1) the shower knob was missing and was replaced after I requested it; 2) the faucet wasn’t working and had to be replaced; 3) the fan in the room was too noisy, so a makeshift tape was applied; 4) the AC remote didn’t work and was replaced with a new one; 5) the ventilator fan in the restroom was too loud and was left unrepaired. I asked if I could be moved to another room, but was told none were available. Overall, a poor experience—basic things were not checked and corrected before assigning a room to a customer.
