“Buon soggiorno”
Great location, surrounded by greenery and absolute tranquility, perfect for a relaxing stay away from the chaos. The property is also close to Orvieto, easily reachable and ideal as a base to explore the area. The lady who welcomed us was very kind, making us feel comfortable right away. We especially liked the quiet and pleasant green setting. However, I would improve some aspects of the room. First, air conditioning would be very useful; unfortunately, it was missing. The room had two fans, but especially in hot periods they’re not enough to guarantee the same comfort. I’d also suggest a blackout curtain on the glass entrance door because we were woken up very early by the morning sun. The windows would benefit from curtains that provide more privacy. The room is on the ground floor, and with the blackout curtains open to let in some light, it’s practically visible to passersby outside. Finally, I found it unpleasant to pay a €15 surcharge for arriving after the scheduled check‑in time. We booked the same day in the late afternoon, so given the circumstances, a bit more flexibility would have been appreciated.

The apartment was spacious, had a kitchen, a good vibe, and the surrounding nature was very relaxing.
