The atmosphere was awesome and very social; even in Goa’s off‑season, Whoopers was still pretty busy, and I met lots of people who were always up for a game of pool. I recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Goa, and you should also check out Edu’s Kitchen down the road for amazing food. The host helped me rent a scooter to travel around for the week I was there. The pool table and bar closed early and no music was allowed because the neighbors don’t like it.

The host was good, but the AC was turned off before 11 am, the garden area wasn’t clean, and there were a lot of mosquitoes outside so I couldn’t even sit there.
