“As a mother we always busy with children honestly i got some freedom and relaxing”
Breakfast and dinner were 100 % marks, but drinks at dinner had to be purchased separately. There’s nothing to complain about; the staff are very friendly and helpful. I visited two years ago, and now there’s a big improvement. I especially appreciate two staff members: a female receptionist named Dharia and a lady from Uganda who works at the Westin hotel buffet on Tuesday nights – both touched my heart with excellent service. The other staff are good, but these two are outstanding: polite, kind, and very patient. I stayed in room 0426/0428, booked by my husband Muhammad Arif, and I’d love to visit again. The only downside was that I couldn’t get shisha before 12 noon because I had to check out at 12 noon, which was the only thing that made me unhappy.
