“Bad. I should have complained and got my money back”

I stayed there for my grandma’s funeral and, aside from that, nothing else mattered. The room was filthy: the bedding had stains, the TV remote was missing, and I had to buy my own towels and washcloths because theirs were yellowing and looked overly dingy. It smelled odd, and all I could do was ask for new sheets. I regret not complaining more and getting my money back; I was emotional and just wanted clean sheets for my children and me to lay on.

“Horrible”

Everything was very dirty and stained with blood and other substances. Towels were full of blood stains, sheets were dirty, and the bathtub and toilet were gross.

The bathroom was dingy and the toilet had an inner ring of dirt. The breakfast room was a joke; advertised as a full breakfast, it only offered toast, muffins, and coffee, with no butter or jam. The internet was weak with gaps in service, and the TV was often blurry or delayed.

“Sleep nice, staff rude”

The staff was rude and called the police after they started a negative verbal exchange

I didn’t have breakfast, but the stay was okay; I enjoyed just getting away and enjoying the peace, quiet, and not being disturbed. Overall good customer service. I did not like that the tub looked dirty, the lamps were dirty, the bedspread and blankets had dirt spots, and I found blonde hair in both beds. I didn’t like any of that, especially for how much I paid for the room.
