It’s a bit close to the city center. The hotel doesn’t provide full information; they don’t allow alcoholic drinks in the pool area, and they only tell you that before you book. When you arrive, they inform you. I’m on vacation and the hotel’s many rules ruin the day, so I won’t mention them further.

The location is perfect for walking to the convent and market; the facilities are very comfortable and the staff are always friendly and attentive. The room is spacious and the bathroom is also good.

We absolutely loved our stay here and wish we could have stayed longer! The accommodation was beautiful, full of character and perfectly suited to the charm of Izamal. Everything was spotlessly clean, comfortable and thoughtfully prepared. Although we spoke very little Spanish and the hosts spoke limited English, they were incredibly welcoming and friendly. They took the time to show us around the room and explain how everything worked, including the air conditioning, TV and ceiling fans, which we really appreciated. We would highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting Izamal and would happily return ourselves. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
