The price I paid was great for what I got. I found a round in the middle of the two northern and southern frogs. 400 m to this and that. The mattress could have been a bit more comfortable.

The rooms stayed clean, the staff were friendly and responsive. The location was very good for reaching both beaches in Primorsko, and it was also close to many restaurants and shops—both along the main street and by the shore. In my room there was no internet connection (the corridor Wi‑Fi was excellent, but literally two steps into the room the signal vanished completely). The toilet cistern in the bathroom was broken and leaked water. It left a bad impression that it wasn’t fixed—apparently the issue was known, because the temporary fix was to shut off the main water valve. Some small conveniences I’m used to in other hotels were missing, such as a shower, a wardrobe with vertical hanging space, and a comfortable area for clothes. It’s right next to a church, and every morning the bell woke me up. If you plan to sleep late on your holiday, it won’t work, but otherwise it’s nice to go to the beach early.

The owners are fantastic, always smiling and helpful. The place is spotless and the vibe is super welcoming. I left feeling relaxed and happy. Definitely a gem.

I was happy to find the hotel right next to the square and the northern beach, the southern one is just a short walk away. The room itself could use a bit of upkeep – some maintenance issues were noticeable. Still, the location made up for it.
