The location was good. Inside the room, they didn’t give hand or face towels, the shower’s hot‑cold mix didn’t work properly, and there were no shelves.

At least there was an elevator. The breakfast, which was supposed to be a buffet, had already finished by 7:20 am; only one person was in the kitchen and another was pulling out trays that were just cakes. No clean glasses were available, only a few slices of ham, some yucas, and coffee—no water to mix it with.
