“Whaou magnifique à faire et refaire”
The place is gorgeous and relaxing. The staff is very pleasant and attentive. It was just too short.

On Sunday all the services were shut, and we were left alone for 24 hours without a single bottle of water. We paid for two nights and should have been refunded for one. I booked for my wife and her friend; on Saturday they arrived, dropped their bags, and went to the indoor pool, which was freezing, and inside there was only a sauna (not much for a 5‑star place and for what you pay). To go to the spa, restaurant, or reception you have to go outside and get wet if it rains. The worst part was that on Sunday the whole place shut down with us inside, leaving us for 24 hours. I made 30 calls and no one answered; we could have died. It’s a scandal. On Monday at check‑out the receptionist was very annoyed by my complaint, confirming that on Sunday there was no one because it was just one room and there was no need to stay in the building. Shame on you, you should close. Everything was a disaster.

Hello, just a quick note. The artistic vibe and the warm, zen atmosphere made me want to come back.

The relaxation area and the building itself are stunning, with great common spaces and a pool. The breakfast had extra charges for a single egg.

A perfect spot for a green romantic break, the renovated buildings tastefully designed, and the Olive room was cozy. We used the lounges with good beers, dined at the restaurant – simple yet original and delicious – and capped the stay with a sauna and heated pool. The staff were super friendly, though part of the building is still under construction, which slightly spoils the view even though there's no noise.
