There was nothing to praise. I can only give one star because zero is impossible. The only real plus of this place is its location, which is truly excellent. Everything else was terrible from start to finish. First, the room we were given was NOT the one we had booked. We ended up in a tiny room with such limited space that moving around was difficult, far from what we expected when we made the reservation. The cleanliness was also disappointing. In our room we found trash left by previous guests, and astonishingly it stayed there for the entire duration of our stay without anyone removing it. Breakfast was also a big letdown: packaged products of very poor quality and no special care. To top it off, among the breakfast containers we found a dead bedbug, a single incident that says a lot about the hygiene attention we experienced. When we arrived, we were asked to pay the tourist tax, but during our stay the host never requested our documents, a practice that left us quite puzzled. The most incredulous episode involved the host’s assistance. One night we had an air‑conditioning problem and, instead of receiving help or even a professional response, we were sent an audio message in which the host laughed. That behavior was disrespectful and absolutely inappropriate for guests simply reporting an issue. A hospitality venue is not just a room in a good location; it requires cleanliness, integrity, attention, and especially respect for those who pay to stay.

The atmosphere was very welcoming and clean, the owner was extremely kind and helpful in everything, breakfast was very plentiful, and the location was very close to the sea—highly recommend.

The strategic location was very close to the center, the room was very bright and spacious, but the lack of one of the bathrooms left me a bit perplexed, though overall it wasn’t an insurmountable problem.

The location was almost on the main street, but breakfast was awful—everything was low‑quality and cheap, and the juice and milk were left open in the fridge.
