“Ich empfehle dieses Hotel nicht weiter”

I was able to change rooms and get my breakfast refunded, which is a plus. However, one room smelled bad, and in the second room the bed sheet, cup, and drink glass were dirty. The staff let me leave my car briefly because the parking garage was full, but when I returned a note was on my car saying I wasn’t allowed to park there. Also he tried to charge me €20 for breakfast that actually costs €17.90; I was told it would be refunded, but it wasn’t, so I had to go back.

“Comfortable room, great facilities.”

Check‑in was easy, the hotel is easy to locate, rooms are clean and comfortable, facilities are perfect, and there’s plenty of space to move around. The pillow was a bit firm for me, but I found two spare pillows in a cupboard that I should have used.
