Close to interesting spots for a quick stroll.
The hotel met the expectations of a traveling family.
Very quiet and super comfortable.

“Desastre”
When I arrived, the hotel was listed as a 3‑star property on the site, but the front desk claimed it was only 2 stars, setting a bad tone right away. The reception area’s bathroom was so poorly maintained that I couldn’t even pass through it, and the room walls were damp. The door in my room opened onto another room, letting even the slightest sounds through. We stayed because everything else in Santa Fe was booked, so we didn’t have a choice. In the morning we skipped breakfast entirely. At checkout they tried to overcharge me, and everything felt off. I can’t understand how the site is allowed to advertise it as a 3‑star when it’s actually 2.
“Para volver!!!!”
Victoria, the receptionist, was exceptionally attentive and patient. The apartment was huge and comfortable, and the whole place felt very calm and harmonious.
The location was great, the staff were helpful, and the place was clean. The breakfast, however, was very basic.
“Mala Noche!!!”
The reception was decent, but the hotel clearly lacks basic house rules. A group of athletes stayed until 5 am, yelling loudly, and we were assigned a room right next to a party hall, so we barely slept that Friday night. I didn’t like the self‑serve breakfast system; they sent me to the courtyard because the staff were all busy with other guests.
The staff were friendly and the place was clean. The photos I saw made me expect more, but the room was poorly lit.
