The location was fine, and the front desk was incredibly helpful. However, my room wasn’t ready, had a few broken items, and was still under renovation.

Mold and dust from the renovation made us sick. The staff were unhelpful.

The staff were friendly, but the hotel had just begun a remodel, even though their website claimed it was NEWLY remodeled. The rooms smelled of paint, the bedding looked unclean, the shower curtain wouldn’t stay closed and water splashed everywhere, and there was no ventilation in the bathroom—water even dripped from the ceiling. The complimentary breakfast was very limited, and the lobby, including half of the dining area, was cluttered with rolls of new carpeting and other building supplies. About an hour before checkout, the water on my floor was shut off.

The two reception staff were friendly, helpful, and excellent. Biscuits and gravy were great. The location was very nice, the room was quiet, and parking was easy. The breakfast attendant wasn’t friendly, and the options were only fair; the sausage was terrible. The whole hotel was in disarray because of ongoing carpet replacement, painting, etc., but it was necessary. The room had good space but only a few Kleenex, towels, and a single bar of soap at the sink; the shower only had shampoo and conditioner.

The breakfast was good. The lady who checked us in was very funny—we love her; she made our day and night. Nothing else.
