Breakfast was good and you could buy a simple but tasty dinner at a very good price; the hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, and there was a large bike room. I stayed next to a teenage bunk room while my colleagues had a quiet room far from the action, and because the hostel wasn’t full I was disappointed; I recommend asking for a quiet room.

The hostel manager was very nice and accommodating, the outdoor area was great and lively, breakfast and dinner were good, the location was good, and upon request we could have laundry done and there was a bike cellar. The place is noisy.

The kids' play areas, both inside and outside, were a real highlight for us, and the staff were unbelievably friendly. The location also couldn't be better.

We got a warm welcome and the double room, though simple, was comfortable, and the garden areas are lovely. The only downside is that it's a little away from the city centre, but that didn't bother us since we were cycling.
