“Good stay for a couple of nights”
The place was tidy and cozy, showers had solid water pressure, and we could use the kitchen; the only downside was how far it was from everything.

The staff were always attentive, friendly, and helpful, making us feel recommended; they assisted with dinner arrangements and the breakfast was delicious, with a quiet, peaceful atmosphere. The only small issue was that the Wi‑Fi signal was a bit weak and would drop when two or three devices were connected, but I wouldn't call it a major problem, just something to improve.

Overall, the service was poor. There was no hot water, and they blamed solar panels, which doesn't excuse the fact that paying guests faced this issue. There was no internet, so I wouldn't recommend it if you need to work. Also, the advertising was misleading: it promised free breakfast, but you were charged when you left.

The staff were very attentive and the hot water worked well, which was great given how hot it is in Papantla. The place was clean. However, there was no cell signal, so we had trouble finding the hotel because it’s far from the center and the roads are steep and rough. The breakfast we paid for through the app wasn’t honored; we only got a cup of coffee and a loaf of bread, which really annoyed me since the reservation included two rates—one with breakfast and one without—so it felt like a scam. The Wi‑Fi is intermittent, and the data service is unreliable. There’s no parking; the only spot is under construction, so you risk something if you don’t leave early.

They do accept pets and the place was clean. The location is hard to reach.
