The hotel offered peace and tranquility, a sense of isolation thanks to its location and the resort's design, but the hospitality of the people and staff was lacking.

The staff were kind, the pool was clean, but there was no water in the shower for the entire stay, forcing us to wash at the sink. The resort had no accessibility for disabled people; a wheelchair user couldn't shower, and the ramp from the parking was chaotic. The buffet quality was poor.

It is one of the best‑prepared hotels in Siwa, especially with its buffet breakfast, though the rooms could be more comfortable.
