“Relaxing nature resort near Nagarhole”

The stay at Machaan Resort was amazing—rooms surrounded by coffee plantations and beautiful nature created a truly relaxing environment; the staff were all very friendly and paid great attention to detail; we went on two nature walks around the resort that were really interesting, and the naturalist’s passion was contagious; a big thank you to Shreyas in particular, who gave a great introduction to the local nature and helped arrange Safari trips and any other support we needed

The food choices were not as good and the food was not very hot, with limited options at the breakfast buffet; the food was not very good, and my friend had food poisoning on the 1st day after having tea—veg sandwiches

“Superb and would highly recommend as a must if visiting Karnatika!”

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel, and it was made even more special by the incredible knowledge of the staff about flora and fauna. They were always eager to share their expertise and made our stay truly unforgettable. The food was out of this world, and we were a bit sad to leave, but we did get to experience a wonderful safari in Waynad, which was an amazing alternative to the Nagarhole forest safari.
