“Normalito”
The 24‑hour front desk staff were very friendly, but the room was cramped and narrow, the Wi‑Fi was spotty, and there was no TV, so it hardly felt like a proper room.

The location was fine, but the bathroom smelled bad, damp, and dirty, the linens were stained, ventilation was poor, and personal items were stolen—my shoes were taken by another guest. Sixteen people shared a single room, making it unsafe; several of us were dissatisfied, and I would not recommend this hostel, which I consider the worst I have ever stayed in.

On the ground floor, the communal room was noisy at night, with loud sounds from the common areas that could be heard in the rooms.

The Wi‑Fi at least worked, but the hostel was very basic and a bit rundown. I didn’t feel secure leaving my belongings in the large 16‑person dorm, where many locals used the space as a home while in town for work. Some front‑desk and cleaning staff seemed rough around the edges, and the room’s occupants had no sense of quiet or respect for sleeping guests. By 8 am, people were loudly chatting across the room, and others were on their phones right next to where my head rested on my pillow. I wouldn’t call this an international hostel; it feels more like a cheap local boarding house.

The location, staff, 24‑hour service, and hot showers were all good, but the beds had ladders that made getting in and out difficult.
