وصلت الساعه 12 تقريبا الظهر اخبرني الموظف مصري الجنسيه اذا بتستلم. غرفتك. الغي الحجز والا تعال الساعه 4.30 عصرا واستلم الغرفه. طيب ليش. هذا التعقيد رغم اني مستاجر عن طريق البوكنج. وتم الالغاء

The stay was comfortable, the location was excellent, and the staff—especially the young man Al‑Qahhtani at reception—were very polite and friendly.

The bed was comfortable, but the heater didn’t work and when I asked for a free bottle of water, the front desk refused and demanded money.

The location was good, close to the beach, and the staff were very nice, but the apartment was small and lacked sound insulation.
