“Could be better”
The room itself was fine, yet the bathroom flooded, which was very disappointing; the staff’s suggestion didn’t meet our expectations, and the service was lacking.
“Great location, not as luxurious and good value for money as other hotels I’ve stayed in.”
The location was great, but this time our room was one of the older, unrenovated ones; the air‑con failed the first night and we were freezing, though it was fixed the next day.
“Central to everything, was able to eat, drink, wine/dine and sleep”
The room was perfect, the bed was comfy, very clean. Happy with my stay and will be back next year. Got checked in earlier than expected
“Overall comfortable, but as a regular client expected better room”
Everything was close by, but our room was right next to the lifts and it was very noisy.
“This hotel wont be my first choice for future stays as there are better options in Sydney.”
Chose the hotel for its location to all the sites I was required to be for business. The room itself was ok. The staff were pleasant but I had limited interactions with them. I wasn't given much of a choice of rooms at check-in. It was either a room set up for a person with a disability or a room right next to the lift. I understand there needs to be a way to cater for a wide range of people and that it was a busy day at the hotel. The bed was reasonable, but the pillow choice was awful. I have recently gone through a series of spinal surgeries, and the pillow options meant I had trouble sleeping
