Clean and quiet. The day before we left, we asked for two glasses of ice and it seemed to bother the lady on duty a lot; we were just asking for ice, nothing out of the ordinary, and she shouldn’t have been so rude.

The room was well‑organized and great! The staff were very friendly, it was truly worth it.

I had booked a pool room but they didn’t change it to a regular one; they were going to charge me extra for the child even though I’d already been told that wouldn’t happen, and they also wanted me to cancel the reservation to get the room. I’m not going to rate them because that feels bad, and they could have warned me earlier so I could have chosen another option instead of arriving to find out.

The place is a delight. We booked because our flight from Cartagena to Bogotá was at 6 am and I wanted accommodation close to the airport that I could reach quickly. About the rooms: a wonderful, spacious, and comfortable bed. Hot shower and a very good bathroom. The staff were attentive. Unfortunately the acoustics are the standard hotel level; it’s hard to find places where you hardly hear people in nearby rooms. In our case, we had a bit of trouble sleeping because a group of 5‑6 guests in a room next to ours laughed and talked loudly. They left for downtown Cartagena at 22:00 and the silence returned. Another detail: the room doors seem a bit worn; the handles are those classroom‑style ones you lock from the inside.

The location is near a restaurant and within walking distance of a trail/skatepark. I’d expect more beach bars to open as they’re bulldozing rock in the area. If you’re looking to party hard, you’ll need to go further inland.
