The farm is set in a quiet spot yet still within easy walking distance of Ising and Seebruck; the family is very friendly and always reachable, dogs are welcome, the apartment is beautiful and fully equipped, and the bread service is great.
The hosts are very warm and friendly, and we were even invited to eat Kaiserschmarrn. The apartment is cozy, the bread service is nice, and it’s not far from Chiemsee. Dogs are welcome.

A charming old Chiemgau farm with two beautifully furnished holiday apartments, each with fully equipped kitchens. The hosts are a very friendly family. If you enjoy quiet, nature, hiking, cycling, walking or motorbike rides, this place is perfect. Families with kids are also very welcome, with a small playground inside and outside. The farm runs a small dairy operation (no loud noises from the cows). A bread service rounds out the Bavarian farm‑comfort paradise.

My kids absolutely loved their stay here. The property had an impressive array of outdoor toys, including a sandbox, swing, slide, and trampoline, which they thoroughly enjoyed. We also appreciated the additional play area located in the stairwell of our accommodation, which kept them entertained during downtime. Being a farm, the property was home to several animals, and the highlight for the kids was getting to watch the cows being milked – it was a truly unique experience.
