The spot was spot on, right in the middle of everything we needed. The only thing that stood out was that twice we texted asking if we could get two separate pillows because the long bolster pillow made it hard to sleep, and neither time did we get a reply or acknowledgment.

The place looked freshly renovated, was clean, and the location was good. The bathroom was the best we’ve had on this trip so far. The kitchen was a nice bonus that wasn’t really mentioned in the description, and you could easily whip up a simple meal if you wanted. The bed was really uncomfortable; the shared bolster pillow was rubbery, narrow, and high, while the other pillows were flat. The mattress had a thin plastic protector that made it sweat a lot—there must be better ways to protect a mattress. Because of that, we slept poorly during our two‑night stay. Only one power outlet was near the bed and there were just two in the room (plus one in the bathroom), so I had to charge my phone on the floor on the other side of the room. For a property that focuses on tech this is a big oversight.

The beds were excellent, the staff were helpful and friendly, the room was functional and comfortable, and the location was great.

It’s close to the cathedral and easy to reach from Granada airport by bus. It’s also convenient to get to the Alhambra, the busy downtown with many restaurants, and the viewpoints, so the location is very good. The self‑check‑in works, but they send a message beforehand. All the keys are keypad‑type. The shared kitchen on the first floor had a water server, kettle, and all the usual cooking gear. No complaints.
