We had an excellent stay at Novotel Manila, the staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, the room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, the bed was super cozy, and everything was well‑maintained; the breakfast buffet offered a great variety of food and everything was delicious, the location is very convenient with easy access to nearby malls and transportation, highly recommended and we will definitely come back again—very excellent service.
