The proximity to the city center is great.
The place was old, dirty, and the price didn't justify it.

The location was convenient, close to the center, and the owners were helpful. When we asked to switch rooms because this one smelled strongly of smoke, they couldn't accommodate us but did bring some fresheners to the outlet. The fridge in the room was a plus! Unfortunately, the place was extremely dirty, with strange stains on the walls, sticky floors in many spots, and dust everywhere. The room smelled very much of old smoke, likely from previous guests, something the owner couldn't fix. There was supposed to be a free parking spot, but it wasn't available; we had to pay. We chose the location for that reason, and the owner hasn't addressed it. The directions to the place could have been more detailed. The room didn't feel fresh at all. There were chairs, which was nice, but no table. The kitchen lacked soap, tea towels, dishcloths, etc. The shower looked nice, but everything was old and water stayed in it for a long time.
