“Horrible”

Dominque at the Bistro was helpful and accommodating, but the Customer Service team failed to apply the breakfast coupon even after I explained and said I would enter it myself; my card was about to be charged twice even though I had already verified it during check‑in and had a pending transaction. We were in town for my son’s cross‑country meet with his teammates and coach, and they had to wait for a room until midnight because they double‑booked a room.

The staff were incredibly friendly and polite, but the bistro’s hours were inconvenient, the room didn’t include body lotion, and there was no milk available at the market place.
