The service was outstanding. From the concierge to the cleaning staff and even the owner, everyone was very friendly and upbeat.

The location was good. The apartment was small, had no elevator and no parking.

The housekeeping was awful, no hot water in the shower and there were hairs in it. When we left, the on‑call manager refused to let us use the lounge while we waited for the shuttle. Every time we asked a question, she gave us a weird look. The price didn’t match the accommodation, and breakfast was poor.
