The staff were friendly, especially Pedro Calero at the grill, who was a real star—friendly, pleasant, and perfect with the toast level, always eager to satisfy our requests. María Abreu was also great. The pool bar and night bar had competent staff, and reception was very courteous. However, the food was repetitive, overused, and the ingredient quality was medium‑low; the all‑inclusive drinks were very basic. Cleaning was regular, especially in the room and on the terrace, but the housekeeping staff lacked the friendliness of the rest. There wasn’t enough staff to meet drink requests, and there were no water fountains to refill bottles. Food replenishment for some dishes was sparse. A day‑time lobby bar would help, as the all‑inclusive only ran until 23:00. It was impossible to get a lounge chair; in ten days we never managed to sit down. The most common guests were foreigners who spent the day lounging in hammocks, eating, drinking, and smoking. More health‑oriented options, a gym, lighter food, and yogurt dessert choices would improve things. The second pool was underused because its bar wasn’t included in the all‑inclusive, which is a shame. The rooms look modern but are impractical, lacking cabinet doors or bedside tables. For three people, the double room felt cramped. The lighting on our terrace was very poor. Without the staff, the hotel’s facilities, location, and management wouldn’t make it memorable; it’s saved only by the human team on the ground.

Everything was perfect—no complaints at all.

We were upgraded to a higher room category, making our stay much more comfortable. The room was spacious, with natural light, a large bathroom with everything needed (even moisturizer). Smart TV and free Wi‑Fi without registration. The buffet was large and comfortable. The pool was very nice and pleasant. Reception staff were very friendly and always ready to help. Cleaning was good. The buffet’s variety and quality were limited, and the water tasted very bad.

The location is great, especially if you plan to move around the island a lot because it’s at the city entrance and you can park your car there. The hotel offers many separate areas, including a pool and services that let you enjoy it without leaving the spot. It also runs entertainment activities like karaoke and shows, and there’s a pool bar for day and night. The concierge service is available. The room lighting is quite poor, especially in the bathroom area. The pool can only be used if you stay the whole day at the hotel, as swimming is only allowed until 19:00. The buffet could improve the coffee, juices, yogurt, and bread, which are all a bit lacking.
