A charming little town, check‑in was smooth, and the staff were pleasant.
“Good and comfortable”
The property was spotless and well kept, the owner was active around the site and spoke excellent Spanish.
“Slippery Floors Make This Hotel a Hazard”
I'm not sure what the designers were thinking when they installed tile floors in this hotel, but it's a recipe for disaster. The floors are ridiculously slippery, and I found myself stumbling around like a fool every time I walked in. It's like they wanted to create a hazard zone. The hotel's location is great, but the floors are a major safety concern.
“It was awful dirty”
Nothing good. The place was not clean.
“Horrible”
No breakfast was offered, the main light was out, shampoo was missing, the hotel wouldn’t accept a service dog, towels were very thin and small, the bath fixture was falling off, and other issues. I’d recommend removing the property’s name from listings.
