Good price, I recommend it, the area is quiet, and access is convenient. The shower knob is a bit tricky to adjust the water temperature.

The TV had a good selection of channels. The fact that the bathroom was shared was not clearly mentioned on the website; I expected a private one.

Spacious lounge and garden. Impertinence to disrupt my rest on multiples occasions. 1. I was challenged for not opening door and speaking to a stranger banging for 1 hour because they failed to have contact with him. They dared challenge me that day in the lounge making an argument, despite I was on phone. Threats that they will call police because I did not open the door to a stranger and I did not speak with them. 2. They trespassed multiple times into the room even without knocking on door, twice witnessed by myself. I asked this dark-skinned male landlord, 'What are you doing?' He started arguing with me in the room, claiming it is his right to trespass. He was so rude and disrespectful. This is not place for a lady. You won't be able to sleep safely. 3. Stinky dirty kitchen. They were requesting me by texts to clean it despite I never used it. No toilet paper. No soap. Absolutely disgrace. 4. Holes smoked out in the bed lining. Cigarette stink in some of the rooms. 5. £5k a month for this dilapidating house. So greedy

My first week at the property was a few weeks earlier; it was relatively nice, quiet, and had a pleasant garden at the back, but it didn’t last long until my next visit. Cigarette smell lingered in the white room.

There was no positive aspect. The smell, exposed wires and cables, an unlocked front door, and damp patches on the ceiling were all problematic.
